Delivery of Dzintarsperfumery products and cosmetics, purchased in the online-store www.dzintars.com, is made directly by the manufacturer.

Delivery of Dzintarsproduct purchases for the total sum below 65.00 € is paid by the customer, except for special promotions and offers with free of charge delivery.

Product and delivery prices include 21% VAT.

 

Delivery options

All packages are delivered at the stated address by the EMS delivery service or international courier services. It must be taken into account that the delivery might be delayed due to external factors.

 

Delivery conditions

You, or the person specified as the recipient, will be informed about the location of your package via notification from the post office or via phone call.

Courier delivery is available only on working days. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first working-day after the holiday.

The package is sent back to Seller (Malu Street 30, Riga, LV-1058, Latvia) in cases when the client is unreachable by phone or has not received his package in the corresponding post office during the working hours specified in the notification from the post office.

If any contact with the client has completely ceased and the package has been sent back to the Seller, the package is kept on the company premises for 90 days. After the contact with the client is re-established, the package will be sent back to the client at the first request. In this case the client pays all package transportation costs. If the client has not re-established contact with the Seller after 90 days and has not expressed his will to receive the ordered goods, JSC Dzinatrshas a right to act at companys sole discretion.

In case of delivery delay caused by an incorrectly or ineligibly stated address, the client, who has incorrectly stated the address, bears the responsibility for the delay. The courier delivers the package together with the consignment note. The consignment note is placed inside the package and can be accessed only by the client. The clients duty is to sign corresponding delivery documentation, provided by the courier or the post office, to confirm the reception of the package. Prior to signing the delivery documentation, the client has to confirm the integrity of the package and contents. If the package or goods have been damaged during the transportation, or the package contains wrong products, the client can decide to return the package to exchange for a new undamaged package or correct product in undamaged package. In such cases, please, contact us via e-mail store@dzintars.com and we will definitely solve the problem.

Also, you can track your package by an identification number of the package, which can be requested by sending an e-mail to store@dzintars.com.

Delivery costs can be affected by external factors.

Free of charge delivery within the whole Europe is provided for purchases for the sum equal to or above 65.00 €.

Return policy

During the reception of goods, the client must pay attention to the integrity of the package.

If the client decides to use his right to return the goods, following conditions must be taken into account:

  • The returned goods must be unused (considering the specifics of the particular product). If the condition of goods to be returned has deteriorated due to inappropriate storage, the client has no right to use the return service.
  • The client must keep the goods and packaging of goods undamaged.
  • If the client wishes to use his right to return the purchased goods, he must contact the Seller by sending an e-mail to store@dzintars.com.
  • The Seller will provide the client with the return form, which must be completed and sent to the Seller via e-mail.
  • The client must keep all delivery documentation (from post office/courier) and return documentation (from post office/courier) attesting to the return of goods to the Seller.

The payment for the returned goods and delivery services is transferred by the Seller to a bank account stated by the client in time of 30 calendar days from the day on which the returned goods were received from the client in accordance with the return policy.

 

Sales are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
